Do I need to install anything? +
No. Rita works inside Slack or via SMS text message. You send a receipt the same way you'd share a photo — nothing to download, nothing to configure.
How does Rita know what category a receipt belongs to? +
Rita reads your receipt and applies the correct IRS expense category automatically — meals, travel, equipment, software, and more. It also flags whether the expense is 100% or 50% deductible, so your accountant has everything they need at tax time.
What if I send a blurry or unclear receipt? +
Rita will do her best with what she can read and flag anything uncertain in the notes field. For best results, take the photo in decent light — but most receipts, even crumpled ones, work just fine.
Where do my receipts actually go? +
Every receipt image is saved to your Google Drive and every expense is logged to a Google Sheet — organized by date, vendor, amount, and category. Your accountant can access it directly, or you can export it at any time.
Can my team use it too? +
Yes — Partnership and Concierge plans support multiple team members. Each person gets their own channel and their expenses are filed separately, so you always know who spent what.
What if I want to cancel? +
